Processing Time

Orders are processed within 1-3 business days after payment confirmation. You will receive a confirmation email with tracking information once your order has shipped.

Shipping Methods

• Continental U.S.: free standard shipping (2-5 business days) by USPS or UPS Ground, or expedited shipping (1-2 business days) for a flat fee
• Alaska, Hawaii, and Puerto Rico: a separate flat rate, shown at checkout
• International and other U.S. territories: we ship worldwide by quote. Email us with your address and the items you'd like

Shipping Rates

Standard shipping is free to the continental United States (the lower 48 states and Washington, D.C.). Orders to Alaska, Hawaii, and Puerto Rico are charged a separate flat rate at checkout. International shipping costs more and varies by destination, so we quote it by email before you pay.

Tracking

Tracking numbers are provided via email once the order has shipped. Please allow 24 hours for tracking information to update in the carrier's system.

Lost or Damaged Packages

If your package is lost or arrives damaged, contact us within 7 days of the expected delivery date. We will work with the carrier to resolve the issue or arrange a replacement.
