Processing Time
Orders are processed within 1-3 business days after payment confirmation. You will receive a confirmation email with tracking information once your order has shipped.
Shipping Methods
- Standard Shipping (5-7 business days) — USPS / UPS Ground
- Expedited Shipping (2-3 business days) — UPS 2-Day
- International orders are evaluated on a case-by-case basis
Shipping Rates
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on order weight, dimensions, and destination. Orders over $100 may qualify for free standard shipping within the continental United States.
Tracking
Tracking numbers are provided via email once the order has shipped. Please allow 24 hours for tracking information to update in the carrier's system.
Lost or Damaged Packages
If your package is lost or arrives damaged, contact us within 7 days of the expected delivery date. We will work with the carrier to resolve the issue or arrange a replacement.
